Internship Sales & Marketing Support

Job Description

1) Candidate currently studying Diploma or Degree in Sales/Marketing/Business Management/Business Administration or equivalent
2) Experience is not needed as your passions of working towards the industry is main prioritize
3) Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Malay (speak & write)
4) Experience in web design / page management is an added advantage
5) Experience in Adobe Photo-shop, Canva or any photo or video editing software is an added advantage
6) Knowledge of various social media platform

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀, 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻:
1) Create and coordinate for design of marketing material such as brochures, banner, advertisement for social media, web page etc
2) Maintaining and update the web page and social media platform periodically
3) Brainstorm new and creative content to produce advertising material or videos
4) Learn the products and services offered, including the sales terms (e.g. special features, return, and warranty policies).
5) Set and achieve targets for the sales department.
6) Collaborate with the marketing department to prepare common strategies.
7) Monitor sales numbers and marketing metrics.
8) Calculate business trends, like monthly sales rates.
9) Analyse market trends.
10) Monitor competition and follow current developments.
11) Supporting and follow-up on clients and prospects project status.
12) Find prospective customers and new target segments.
13) Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing documentation, preparing sales reports, and maintaining customer databases.
14) Assist in coordinating sales activities, such as scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and following up on sales leads.
15) Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.
