Job Description
1) Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing documentation, preparing sales reports, and maintaining customer databases.
2) Assist in coordinating sales activities, such as scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and following up on sales leads.
3) Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.
4) Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
5) To perform any ad hoc assignments as assigned by the immediate superior
6) To utilize digital tools (WhatsApp business, Email marketing software, AI tools , etc) for task assignment and execution for sales and marketing activities.
