Job Description
– Create and upload of advertising templates (eg. flyer, brochure, catalogue, leaflet, banners, any related templates for marketing campaigns, etc.) which is compelling, trend-driven and brand appropriate product categories for digital and offline marketing purpose which are accurate and meet internal requirements based on product attribution, merchandising feedback, current trends and analysis of product and category metrics
– Manage and maintain product life cycle, site catalogs and loading product photography across e-commerce sites.
– Support and handle walk-in customer with products demo and recommendation
– Regular update and catch up with the timely market trend to compete.
– Support in media marketing functions (eg. Email, whatsapp marketing, social media, SEO, Keywords research, google analytics and other related, etc.)
– Active propose for marketing strategy and collaborate with E-commerce team members in daily tasks and execute online marketing strategy, including action plans for achieving and measuring success of the strategy. Being attentive and propose to plan for marketing promotion in advance referring to the annual e-commerce days.
– Being co-operative with different teams for updated contents to be shared across.
– Assisting in E-commerce sale and as liaison delivering quality customer service providing timely feedback and resolution to E-commerce buyers.
– Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail with daily report and timely report to management for the encountered predicaments.
– Assist on any other tasks being assigned by manager and management from time to time.
